On July 6th, Hand in hand celebrated their five-year anniversary at their location on Sandwich Road. The community has embraced Hand in hand, and Cape Cod Life and Enterprise readers have voted it "Best Thrift Store on the Upper Cape" several years in a row. Customers, volunteers and staff enjoyed special treats, sales and a fun celebration in recognition of their incredible success.

Hand in hand has an amazing selection of jewelry and watches thanks to generous donors, as well as Chatham Jewelers and Hannoush Jewelers. Both local businesses assist the Thrift Shop by helping to identify gold and gems, fixing fine jewelry, repairing gold chains, replacing watch batteries and providing professional advice on pricing precious items.
Eldred's auction house is a wonderful resource for our Thrift Shop, as they evaluate and auction rare items that have been donated to us. The sales of these unique items generated revenue of over $35,000 in the last 3 years!
