Kerin Delaney
Executive Director
It feels like it has been a long and varied road that has led me to this wonderful position at the Falmouth Service Center. I started my career by joining the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, an organization similar to the Peace Corps, which places volunteers in social service organizations such as food banks, counseling centers, schools, etc. in urban locations in the U.S. I spent my first year in Philadelphia working with a battered woman’s organization and Community Legal Services, and my second year in San Francisco working with homeless families. I continued my work with homeless families when I moved back to Boston. After four years in social services, I went on to get my Masters Degree in Public and Private Management, specializing in non-profit management.
I have lived in Falmouth for over eighteen years with my husband and two children and love this community! I am an active volunteer in the Falmouth Public Schools, in my church, and have worked at the Falmouth Service Center since May 2009. Every day I go to work feeling as if I now have the best job. I couldn’t be happier to be working alongside our incredibly dedicated staff and all of the wonderful volunteers that make this place so special.
