Becoming a Client

We currently serve any household in need from any zip code. In order to become a client with the Falmouth Service Center and be able to access our programs, please fill out the form below for the head of household. We will follow up regarding all members of your household.

Please note: It may take us up to 5 business days to process your registration.

If you are in need of food and you don't live near FSC, please visit the Greater Boston Food Bank website for a list of regional food pantries in your area.
