ServSafe Certification Workshop

Class offered:  Tuesday, February 27 (9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.) and Monday, March 5 (8 a.m. - noon) - you MUST attend both days.  

Class will be hosted at the Falmouth Service Center.

Please register for the workshop by calling 508-548-2794 (FSC).  Space is limited to 8 participants. 

This workshop will include discussion, video and powerpoint, pre-test and 90 multiple choice question exam on day 2.

The ServSafe program helps prepare you for the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification exam. Training covers these concepts:

• The Importance of Food Safety

• Good Personal Hygiene

• Time and Temperature Control

• Preventing Cross-Contamination

• Cleaning and Sanitizing

• Safe Food Preparation

• Receiving and Storing Food
